24.10 I had two portions of tomato soup, worth 140 kcal. I burned 300 kcal this afternoon. I'm freezing, drinking water and watching triggering movies and documentaries. I only had 2 litres of water. I feel miserable. Maybe apple cider vinegar will do it... 25.10 I' trying fasting today, and I really want to hit 55 kilos until friday. I realized, that I don't eat out of boredom. I used not to eat at day, and eat sweets in the evening because I'm so hungry. I can beat it, by drinking water and green tea when I feel hungry. I know I can loose that one kilo until the day after tomorrow.  As long as I keep up. I was doing another 300 kcal "Silent Workout" at afternoon, just as I reached the last bit, 75 squats, I felt so dizzy after standing up after the 200 leg lifts. I was shoked, since I felt dizzy the last time in may. While watching Supersize vs. Superskinny, I topped with another 300 kcal workout, still haven't eaten yet. My legs are quite shaking,

Annyeong minna! I want to give you some info about me... Dates, interresting things... CW: 57 kg GW: 52 kg UGW: 45 kg height: 168 cm I'm female, 19 years old and started studying for teacher a year ago. I am anorexic since january, but I've been struggling to keep on, because I'm very sensitive to stress and pressure. I gained 5 kilos during my month of struggling, even after I just lost these five kilos! Now, I'm back on track! Taking slow and steady, reaching my goal one day. I'm not pretty thin built, I just have a small waist because my chest is so small at the bottom, I'm therefore very curvy. I appear thin, or well built and not fat (my boyfriend and my best friend always tell me that I'm beautyful and skinny) but my small waist just gives you the impression of a thin girl. Tipps and tricks

drink water - always carry around a bottle, drink at leats 3 liters a day. green tea - it cleans your digestion. Do small workouts whenever you can! and count the calories you've burned. do it as a break from studying... Walk as often as possible, and don't count these calories! it will help you burn more calories than you've initially did! Dress lightly and freeze a lot, just as let your hair air dry and so on... Try to be alone when it's time to eat, go to the library for studing instead of home for dinner... just skip every meal possible and start planning your meals and days. Workouts and fasts will help you get to your goal! Start a diary where you count your calorie intake and burned calories, write down your feelings and thoughts, or start a blog! Don't take digestive pills, it'll ruin everything. Show everyone a happy face and be outgoing ! No one will notice how bad you're feeling. Find someone to talk to and who can help you, m
